Thank you for supporting This ADHD Mommy. Because our products are digital, downloadable items that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

Digital products

All products sold on this site are digital printables and downloads. Once a purchase is completed and the file has been made available for download, the sale is considered final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. This is standard practice for instant-access digital goods, since they can’t be “returned” once downloaded.

Before you buy

To make sure our products are right for you, please review the description, preview images and “what’s inside” details on each product page before purchasing. If anything is unclear, we’re always happy to answer questions before you buy — just email hello@thisadhdmommy.com.

Problems with your download

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you experience a technical problem — for example, a file won’t download, appears corrupted, or you received the wrong item — please contact us at hello@thisadhdmommy.com within 14 days of your purchase and we’ll do our best to fix it, including re-sending the correct file.

Payments are processed securely through Payhip. Payhip’s own terms and policies also apply to your purchase.
