Hi – I’m Tali – wife, mommy, fur-mom, creator, designer, blogger & ADHD
Welcome to This ADHD Mommy! I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Tali and I’m the creative mind, heart and soul behind This ADHD Mommy. I’m a serial craft juggler, casual thrill-seeker, amateur traveller, and athleisure addict (leggings are pants, ok!) I’m about as ADHD as they come!
As a Jewish woman, loving mom, devoted wife, my life is a whirlwind of activity. Balancing family life, my health goals, work, Jewish holidays and my endless stream of projects and crafts can be challenging, especially with ADHD, but it’s a challenge I’ve come to embrace.
My ADHD Journey
I was diagnosed with ADD (now called ADHD) at the age of 8 and I’ve spent most of my life navigating the unique challenges and exciting adventures that come with it. Living with ADHD has shaped me into the person I am today.
You would think that after living most of my life with this label, I’d have it all figured out. But here I am at 33, creating tools and resources to help me cope with motherhood, running a home, and life with ADHD.
My Goal for This ADHD Mommy
For most of my life I’ve been passionate about finding a way to help other women with ADHD survive, organise and thrive in life. And with the monumental life change that becoming a parent is, I realised that the tools I created for myself could definitely help other ADHD mommies too!
Being ADHD I could never find a mainstream solution that worked for me, and even now I sometimes struggle with sticking to an organisational system. But that’s ok! I spend a lot of time outside my day job designing calendars, planners, trackers, and tools to help me and other women with ADHD stay organised and run a life and a home efficiently.
This ADHD Mommy is a place where I can share my experiences with life, ADHD, marriage, and family, as well as my crafts, DIY projects, and gardening tips. It is, more importantly, a place where I can share my newest tools, planners and designs that help me manage my life with ADHD. As a wife, mommy, fur-mama, and all-around creative person (with a few degrees and a dream or two), I feel I can make a difference for others with ADHD.
Ultimately This ADHD Mommy is a place to help other ADHD women learn to survive, organise and thrive in life with ADHD.
